Nose - burnt honey & lime on the nose with rich, nose-filling caramel notes. There's a hint of summer hay as well.
Palate - An eclectic mixture of honey & burnt caramel with roast lime - good mid-palate richness and a lot of depth. Well balanced but unctuous and decadent to boot. Finish is long and more elegent than the mid-palate suggests
